Yesterday Anna, our landlady took us to school by car. Today we walked to school alone. It took us twenty minutes and we walked along the road watching  and admiring the sea. The town beach is also not bad.

We worked on  good tasks –creazaeducation and discoveryeducation power maker  both can be useful in my lessons. Wordle  was also good for an arrangement of mixed sentences.

I liked the lessons very much the tasks were colourful and entertaining. Everybody was rather interested in the tasks.

In the afternoon we visited Valleta, the capital and the historical city with a film about Malta, they call it Malta Experience,. It is really fascinating that everybody, all the empires or conquerors wanted to conquer Malta. It is due to its  strategic position. However, according to our guide, Maltese people smashed and slaugtered  everybody and survived keeping their own identity. Valletta is interesting, listed in UNESCO but not too interesting, what disappointed me most was the fact that the churches  were  not  open.

Good dinner - fish with potatoes and vegetables, talking with our landlord – Ray about power sources – they have their own power station burning imported  oil.
