Flight from Wienna airport by Air Malta. We arrived on time at 22:10. Getting off the plane was a climate shock - it was really hot with high humidity.
Getting us to our accomodation was a long story. The driver Anthony was desperate because he had to manage to get home 12 people and everybody was accomodated in a different place of a large area. I met my family after midnight.
During the night Malta seemed to be one huge city with pictoresque buildings and interesting new constructions made of concreat. Nothing for me who loves wild countryside in England, expecially dark gloomy moors – I miss them.
